2012 CALENDAR CONTEST
WHAT MONTH GIVES YOU THE BIGGEST SMILE?

We are looking for original artwork from our patients to complete our 2012 calendar. Thirteen pictures will be selected for our calendar we send to dental offices, schools and many others in the Mobile community. Let’s show Mobile our talent.
Keep in mind when creating your art, we select pieces which:

Are done in landscape format

Are bright and colorful
-
Use plain paper (not notebook paper)

Incorporate in your own words why you like the month you have drawn

Have your name, age and school printed in the bottom right corner
Artwork must be received by August 31, 2011.
Only two pieces of art per patient will be accepted.
Cash prizes will be awarded.
